In this paper, estimation of Weibull distribution shape and scale parameters is accomplished through use of symmetri- cally located percentiles from a sample. The process requires algebraic solution of two equations derived from the cumulative distribution function. Bayesian prediction limits for the future observations from two parameters Weibull distribution are obtained in the presence of outliers of type and with random sample size.
